Terms of Service
By accessing cyberbutlerrentals.com or placing a reservation with CyberButler Rentals LLC (“CyberButler”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
CyberButler provides humanoid robot butler rental experiences, including delivery and pickup within our published service area, subject to availability and a confirmed order.
2. Bookings & payment
Standard rentals are reserved through our website: select dates, enter delivery details, accept the Customer Rental Agreement, and pay online. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email (or other written notice). Custom multi-unit or event requests may also be arranged via contact form, phone, or support channels. Final commercial terms (prices, deposits, taxes, and fees) follow the nightly rates and fees shown at checkout. Equipment rentals are also subject to our Customer Rental Agreement (v3.1) which you must accept at checkout before payment.
3. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and modification rules are stated at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. Custom quotes may include different terms set out in writing.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and access instructions.
- Ensure a suitable, safe environment for equipment and personnel.
- Use the equipment only as briefed and for lawful purposes.
- Prevent unauthorized modification, removal, or abuse of equipment.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberButler’s liability related to any rental is limited to the amounts you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by CyberButler or its licensors. Tesla, Optimus, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. CyberButler is an independent operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. unless explicitly stated.
7. Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
